Blackberry Orange Spritzer Mocktail
Greetings from my couch! Fun fact about me: I don’t drink alcohol, and I don’t love beverages in general. Strange, I know. I like certain juices, I don’t drink soda (because it usually has fructose corn syrup), and I don’t drink coffee because it makes me anxious. Yes, I have told you way too much, and all you want to do is get to the recipe.
So, all I was trying to get at, was that I found a drink that I can make and have and I love it! You can have it with lunch, dinner, and heck it even tastes great with breakfast food. It is reminiscent of a mimosa but without the alcohol. Sip this spritzer pool side, and you’ll be feeling fancy, fun, and like you are on vacation always.
It’s fruity, refreshing, and the perfect summer drink.
My favorite brand of sparkling juice is Izze, but you can use whatever you prefer. I also like using La Croix for my sparkling water, but San Pellegrino, Waterloo, Kirkland, Perrier, Bubly, are all good, the list goes on. I used blackberry flavor for mine, however any flavor would be tasty.

My favorite orange juice is Simply Orange, because it doesn’t have crappy added sugars, but you can use any kind and it will still taste lovely.
Here are some ideas for garnish’s:
- frozen fruit of any kind
- fresh berries stacked onto a cocktail toothpick
- freeze juice in an ice cube tray and use as ice to keep the flavor strong
- mint leaves
- slice of fresh orange
- orange peels
- lemon peel or wedge
- lime peel or wedge
This spritzer is very simple, pretty, fun, and a crowd pleaser. Mix some up in a giant pitcher and serve it at any summer party or when you’re chilling on your patio watching the kids play in the grass. But once again, I suggest sipping it poolside or lakeside if possible for the best results.
