This Greater Goods Digital Food Kitchen Scale is one of my newest favorite kitchen tools. It is highly underrated and definitely a new staple in my kitchen. It has multiple units including ounces, grams, and pounds/ounces. I never realized until recently how important it is to weigh out your ingredients so that you have consistent results every time. I use it to measure out flour, sugar, basically anything, even eggs. The best thing I use it for is macarons, since all the ingredient amounts are so delicate and having the perfect amount is key to making macarons. It is on Amazon for an affordable $13.99 and I got mine in “Ashe Gray”.
These 2 Piece Wilton Sheet Cake Pans are from Amazon. I use them when baking cookies, sheet cakes, scones, mini pies, macarons, and so much more. They are also way easier to clean than the pans that I used to use. You can get them for $9.99, which is a crazy good deal, especially for a quality and well known brand like Wilton
This Wilton cookie scoop is well loved in my kitchen. I use it for cookie dough, cupcake batter, meatballs, really a bunch of things. It is a great deal and a reputable brand.
This is one of my most used kitchen and baking items. Pyrex is simply the best and most trusted brand for baking dishes. It comes with a lid, making it easy to keep brownies, lasagnas, and everything els0 you make, fresh. You can just pop it in the fridge without needing to find a Tupperware to put it in.
An Instant Pot is a purchase that is WELL worth the money. I use this amazing appliance for soups, stews, rice, quinoa, chicken, literally almost anything. One of the best decisions I have made was buying one of these guys.
A springform cake pan is a staple for any baker. Wilton is my favorite brand because it is easy to clean, nonstick, and it is easy to take the cake out. You just release the side and take out the middle part, and boom! You got yourself the perfect cake situation.
My Kitchen Aid mixer is something that I am so glad I invested in when I was 16. I have had the same one for 13 years, and it has never let me down. I use it for making anything and everything. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.
