This sweet and savory BBQ sauce is simple, quick, and refined sugar free! Enjoy on ribs, wings, pizzas, burgers, and more.

Homemade BBQ Sauce:

  • 1 ½ cups ketchup (no corn syrup preferably)
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅓ cup water, or more depending on desired consistency

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan, bring to a boil and then lower the heat to low and simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes, or until thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning or add some maple syrup if it’s too spicy or tart.
  2. Take off heat and let cool to room temp and then store in the fridge for up to a week.
