Happy almost Valentines Day my blog readers! I am so excited to bring you this recipe. I know when you read gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and low fat, it does not make it sound too exciting. But after writing this recipe and testing it out, I was shocked at how good they tasted. The texture is the perfect balance between cakey and fudgey, not too moist but not too dry.
